Chinese domain name registration and virtual hosting service provider Net.cn has formally launched a transaction center for domain name sales.

There are four parts to the transaction center, including domain name purchasing, selling, maintenance, and assessment. Currently, more than ten thousand domain names are on sale.

Net.cn Vice President Zhou Mao says that as the price of domain names has declined compared with a decade ago, it makes sense for companies to purchase them here.

Zhou also says the center not only deals with receiving domain names submitted by sellers, but also cooperates with international buyers.
