     Kyocera Corp. will pull out of China's cellphone handset market, dissolving its local manufacturing and sales joint venture at the end of March, company officials said Tuesday.     Its withdrawal from the Chinese market will come at a time when the joint venture, Kyocera Zhenhua Communication Equipment Co., is posting sluggish sales.
