    WUHAN, July 5 (Xinhua) -- At least three people have been killed after an under-construction building collapsed on Saturday afternoon in central China's Hubei Province.

    An estimated 10 workers were buried in debris after the accident happened at around 5 p.m. at the Dongxihu District of Huhan City, the provincial capital.

    Rescuers are searching for the missing.
