Jeremiah Jenne
Jeremiah Jenne is a PhD candidate in Chinese history at the University of California, Davis doing archival research in Beijing and Tianjin. His research focuses on anti-foreign violence and colonialism in China's 19th-century 'treaty ports.' In his spare time he writes the history blog Jottings from the Granite Studio and worries about the amount of particulate matter he inhales on his morning jogs around the city of Beijing.
