The Juried Awards 2008 is one of the biggest and most important in their art circles. “Winners of the 2008 Juried Awards organized jointly by the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Vancouver and the Chinese Canadian Artists Federation, Vancouver (CCAF) will be given special display of their works including their prized pieces at the Chinese Cultural Centre Museum,” said curator Paul Yeung. The CCAF organizes an annual exhibition of the works of its members. This year, they turned the exhibition into a juried event in four categories: Chinese painting, Western painting.
